BBQ Must Have!: Grilling and Grilling Accessories

I bought a sensor from Home Depot that had a full/empty indicator. It connected to the gas nozzle on the propane tank, and then I connected the grill gas hose to this gauge. This gauge did not accurately read the propane level in my tank. It always showed empty when it was half full. I would have thought it was actually empty because it caused my flame to flicker and go out after it was empty. Then I bought this propane weight meter and it is very accurate! Last week I had two tanks that were almost half full and I wanted to fill both of them before smoking ribs for a long day and each tank was exactly half full. It was dead. Can't believe I didn't have this before! You just grab your propane tank by the handle and the gauge is there. I would highly recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to run out of propane while grilling/smoking/using your tank!
