Cleans bowl well when mixing. The gray plastic is very hard and not as flexible as I expected. I was expecting a more flexible spatula feel, but this is very difficult. This works well for emptying the bowl, but be careful when starting the mixer as even on my kitchen helper's lowest setting, it tends to throw my dough ingredients out of the bowl. Where the gray plastic and metal meet is a small groove that I always have to go around with a toothbrush or straw cleaner to clean completely. As long as it serves its purpose I wouldn't buy it again or give it to anyone. I have found that I still need to clean the bottom of the bowl and a few more scratches on the sides of the bowl are worth not cleaning the grooves on this racquet.
