I noticed that these are not real 3m products, but a cheaper fake. The metal protrusions are very weak and often flex rather than penetrate the wires, resulting in no contact or intermittent contact. I had to replace a few wires that didn't crimp or cut that I was trying to splice. I've been using these types of connectors for years, so the problem isn't how I use them, just that they have weak stems that just bend and won't go into the wire housings. I've installed car alarms in the past and used thousands of these types of connectors. I will not order this brand again. Pay a little more and get a higher quality 3 meter faucet.
