After having to have the seat adjusted for lower back pain, this seat was the best. I've ridden (2) 100 miles so far and my butt has 80% less discomfort compared to my other best seat. This seat is over 6.5 inches wide and easily fits my road bike and looks great. My advice to everyone: do a bike seat seat test and if your seat point is above 5.5 BUY THIS SEAT. Your bottom half will thank you.
