I love that it offers many different options in terms of how much water you are able to use at any given time. And because we get our water from a well with no meter attached, I know exactly what my bill will be each month (and can even forecast). It also has several features not listed above but still included as part of the service, such as setting up reminders before your next billing date and checking when your last payment was made so there aren't late penalties associated. None other than being a little confusing for new customers to figure out where things should go. We have two separate accounts for two wells - one that supplies drinking water and another that provides potable water only. This allows us to monitor usage separately, rather than having both accounts combined into one account. I like the water billing feature very much it's so easy and simple to manage billing features. The software is very user friendly. There are few minor issues that I am facing. I would highly recommend this software to everyone who want to do business with water management and billing.
