Review on Kutzall by Joseph Cvetkovic

I've bought and used cutting tools and burrs for many years, but my recent encounter with Kutzall's online store left me feeling very let down. My order arrived after an unacceptable amount of time even though I paid for expedited shipping, and when it did, the item was broken and useless. Additionally, I received unpleasant and unhelpful comments when I tried to contact customer service for assistance. I cannot endorse Kutzall's online store because of their subpar quality control and customer care because I am an authority in the area. Buyers should search elsewhere for dependable and expert burrs and cutting tools.
