07/30/16 update - I have had these for a few months now and decided to re-write my review. 2 have failed so far and ended up in the trash can. By fail I 1) mean that the light flickers on and off when you turn it on (but stays mostly off). 2) One just fails to turn on all together. Yes the batteries are good, yes they are installed correctly. These are best suited as kid's toys in my opinion. I will not bother with these again.08/11/16 Update - After the seller read my original, less than favorable review, THEY contacted me and offered an immediate replacement of the failed flashlights. I received the replacement units and have function tested them. They all do seem to be operating as they should. The customer service from this seller has been remarkable. Timely, effective communication, and they actually did what they said they were going to do (immediately ship me replacements for the failed units). Thank you to them for prompt, courteous service. I am a satisfied customer.
