Suitable for small fish but smelly out of the box.
Bought for my aquarium. Fits perfectly in ten gallons. Upon arrival it smelled awful. Had to be soaked in hot water overnight before use. Not so easy to clean. The material traps bacteria and I wouldn't recommend it if you have snails, they can get stuck in it and possibly die.
