I was very let down by the customer service at the GEJRIO online store.

I'm a huge fan of buying online, so I couldn't wait to see what the GEJRIO online store had to offer for my kitchen and home. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with their customer care. I was anticipating the arrival of a fog generator I had ordered for a party I was throwing. When the item did arrive, I was disappointed to discover that it had been broken in transit. I tried to get in touch with the helpful people at the GEJRIO online shop right away, but they didn't exactly come through. The person I spoke with didn't seem eager to assist me or care about my problem. They did give me a refund, but it was complicated and I had to answer a lot of questions before I got it. It was a waste of time and effort and left me with a bad flavor in my mouth. The fact that the fog machine I ordered ended up being more expensive than similar models sold elsewhere online didn't help things any. The GEJRIO online store's poor customer service and exorbitant costs have turned me off from making future purchases from them.
