Sturdy hardware. A word of advice: I've seen many people say that the standard fan is difficult to install. Until you realize the backplate has fallen off, which is why you've been berating yourself for the last thirty minutes, questioning your own sanity, abilities and reason for being, try your best not to smash this thing a thousand times over. Little things in front of your girlfriend because she saw the receipt and would certainly not approve of destroying an item with that price on the day it arrived. Otherwise this item is great!
