This is a very well made dual monitor stand, especially for the price. The components were processed evenly. The installation was uncomplicated. I had an installation issue and a performance issue: Installation - some of the holes on one VESA plate and all on the other were too small for the screws provided. In any case, I had to enlarge the holes to accommodate the thicker screws than the ones supplied. I have the tools to enlarge them so that wasn't a problem for me, but not everyone has a drill press lying around at home. Works and the reason I deducted a star is because there is no way to adjust the tightness. Rotation (from landscape to portrait). There is an illustration in the printed instructions labeled how to tighten the twist, but that is incorrect; The illustration shows the monitors being raised and lowered (about 1/2 inch) so that they are level. The swivel mount appears to be riveted, so the amount of effort required to rotate the monitor cannot be adjusted. Poor design as the moving parts are loose and won't tighten, it's a matter of time before the monitor isn't stable. This part is a foldable monitor stand phone so I'm going to save my life shooting it.
