Review on Enhanced Kuat V2 Hitch Bike Rack for 2 Bicycles by Jonathan Bennett

The rack comes with 2 handles, each of which needs to be attached to your arm to secure your bike. Each handle has a knob to adjust. There should be a tension spring under each button. A spring on one of the handles was loose inside the case rendering the knob and handle unusable. Because the housing that houses the spring is sealed with rivets, there is no way to access the spring to reinstall it. Now I have to return the $400 bike rack as I could easily fix it if the grip body was screwed or snapped in place exposing the spring instead of the rivets. Hence poor handle design.
