I like that it's an open-source platform, which makes sense since they are committed towards providing value in their toolkit. Also, using gamification as part of behavioral health interventions really works! There isn't anything at this time that i dislike about the software or implementation. It's pretty robust, but if you have specific needs there are always ways around them :) We are solving some very complex problems with our clients - both long term care facilities and schools/daycares. Their employees and students need help improving life skills such as communication and decision making. Our goal is to use gaming techniques to engage people into completing activities, thereby increasing engagement and motivation. A win all round! This has been great for engaging participants who might otherwise not show interest, leading to better outcomes for everyone.
