Update: We loved our first order and were disappointed when they sold out when they ran out. When they went back on sale I bought three boxes and found the quality to vary greatly. Thinner, harder to open, trying to tear at the perforation ripped a few pouches into the pouch itself rendering it unusable. If it was quality the first time I would never order again. What happened? From 5 to 3 stars for inconsistency and annoyance that I now have three boxes of "crappy" bags. It's not really the same bag :( First review: Seems weird to love a dog litter bag, but it's easier to open than previous bags we've been buying for years (1000 per box on Amazon). I was concerned they would would be durable because they feel "soft" and thin but there were no breaks even when accidentally grabbing branches etc along with litter A little more expensive but I like the feel and the smell is noticeable reduced what I really didn't think was possible. [Not tested in the Virginia summer heat, but then everything stinks ;)] If they ever compost in a landfill, at least I'll be putting less waste and toxins into the environment. Not sure but will continue to buy it for the odor control and ease of use.
