I have a version of these socks that were on the market 6 years ago and as much as I love them all I can say is Wow! Smartwool has clearly evolved its product over the years, with increased comfort and performance being clear benefits/results. These are now the most comfortable ultralight socks I own. The material is noticeably superior to tactile sensations and feels good in both hands and feet. They certainly fit as expected (7.5 = medium) and weren't too tight or loose in any area. I especially like how subtle the profile of your shoe is. Having moved to sunny California, I have found these highly breathable socks invaluable for running, biking and even hiking without a load.
