Great packaging. Just like a regular vacuum cleaner, carpet brushes can be a problem for Deebot. It's not a substitute for regular vacuuming, and knowing that, it's a great addition to keeping your home clean. It does not work with a 5G WiFi connection. Make sure you check your WiFi connection regularly in case it drops to a larger or smaller connection if you have more than one WiFi setup at home. The remote works great and the app feels good. Charge times are a little long, over 4 hours, but enough for my home on a single charge. Every home is unique and has different obstacles. In my case, after seeing him at his first cleaning, I decided to save certain rugs with tassels before sending him to work. Deebot worked well on other carpets without tassels. Overall I would recommend this robot but again it's not intended to replace your regular home vacuum but it is an excellent addition. Definitely recommend.
