The strainers should NOT spit powdered sugar over the top of the strainer, and the spinning "hands" should not scratch the strainer so badly that only part of its surface is used. Also, sieves should not have a handle mechanism that is so poorly made that it twitches and looks like it will break with every spin. This colander is an attempt to give the look of the bake counter an old-fashioned "granny kitchen" look, but that's about all it does. Completely useless functional tool in the kitchen. This is one of those moments where I wish I could be in a physical store and be able to handle the item BEFORE I buy it.
