What matters to me is that shea moisturizers are much healthier for hair and the environment. What matters is how it smells or how thick it comes out of the bottle, although some moisturizing shea conditioners can be a little hard to squeeze out, this particular product has thick conditioner and it's not hard to get out of the tube, but that's it the problem. Shay's moisturizing product isn't hydrating my 63 year old hair, which is mostly gray now. This is a good shampoo, moisturizes well but not enough for very dry hair. I won't be buying it again, but I definitely recommend shea butter moisturizers in general.
