Velcro is very, very strong, but tape isn't. I've tried sticking it to my painted wall, wood paneling and wooden box and it lasts maybe a day. I've used it to tape a heater remote control to a wooden table (no paint) and a kitchen broom to a door and painted wall, but when I use it it takes the other side with it, with tape. Sometimes from the surface of the wall/wood and sometimes from the item I'm using. Velcro is cool. I ended up using one to hang the damn broom on a hook. Not what I wanted. What good is a great velcro if the tape doesn't work? I still have 30 days to return it and I'm not sure if it's worth shipping. I've been trying for about 5 weeks now.
