As a life coach, I provide my business to organizations that value their clients just as much as I do. Ticwatch did not deliver in this respect, unfortunately. While they may have state-of-the-art products, their support service is severely lacking. My emails were ignored for days until I finally got an unhelpful response. Organizations should value customer service on par with product development. I can't in good conscience suggest Ticwatch to customers until they fix this issue.
