When installing this ball joint, the master nut threaded in very well, but the serrated edges on the outer end of the nut used to hold the threads were so tight that the internal Torx anti-torque screw was stripped off . I ended up with 2 other brands of ball joints for this model. They both had slightly different nut/washer size and style that better matched the OEM part I was filming. I ended up putting a new anti-torque fitting into the Moog ball joint and using a different brand nut that screws on tight as you would expect a self-locking nut. I've been very happy with my Moog suspension arms and the quality of the ball joint itself, so I'm not sure if this was a one off issue with the nut I received.
