Gas hose is smaller (1/4 inch) than OEM hose (1/2 inch). A shut-off valve was installed on the gas tank and the gas line was too large for this part. Had to make an emergency trip to buy another new 1/4" gas line that will fit. The other end that goes to the fuel pump is very difficult to get to, but I was able to hook it up to the fuel pump to get this part working As you can see from the pictures the OEM has a larger ring on the end of the pipe to fit the standard 1/2" gas line and this part has 2 very small rings that don't fit the Standard 1/2" gas line will fit. Gas line. . Shipping wise they use UPS SurePost which just stinks! I spent 2 hours trying to find my package as it wasn't going to arrive until Monday and I mean Bike needed for this weekend. UPS showed it in two places after they created the USPS label. In transit it was sent to a post office one hour east, not my post office 10 miles away. It only ever appears at UPS SUREPOST to pass. Give something Find out more and ship direct to UPS and save us the hassle. This isn't the first issue with UPS Surepost. Last time they lost a car part and it was rented for almost $200 because the part drove all over the east coast before they found it and gave it back to me.
