A good tool for the homeowner, professionals need something else.

I really liked this sprayer. You should really ditch the cheap brass ball valve and fit a standard air coupling in its place. I was able to remove the ball valve without damaging the threads in the atomizer, but I imagine someone might have trouble with that. My setup was to use the largest tip, complete with 30psi air pressure. and the grout is mixed like pancake batter. **Remember you need an air compressor that expels quite a large amount of air. I am talking about cubic feet per minute (cfm). Just because your little compressor says it produces 150psi (or whatever) doesn't mean it produces enough cfm to keep up with the airflow required by that atomizer. My compressor is a 45cfm screw unit that provides more than enough airflow. I suspect a 10-20 cfm compressor will work fine. Also, a nebulizer/compressor can be rented at a hardware store near me for $35 for 4 hours. I bought this atomizer for $28.
