Review on Broadlink RM4 Universal Control Compatible by Kurt Manning

Missing documentation on usage. I got the RM4 Mini broadband detection app but after that it didn't find any more channels for me. I had to learn a lot of buttons. Then I learned that it is necessary to program via IHC. But it looks like the IHC doesn't recognize the RM4 Mini because I had to create some scenes in the Broadlink app. Most of my scenes also work in Alexa. Still not satisfied with his work. I called tech support, they told me the application is under development. So hours and hours and hours later I'm at about 75 percent and a few learned keys still don't work properly. It looks like it was released before it was ready for prime time. And again LACKING DOCUMENTATION for setting up and programming. To update. After hours of trying to get this to work, I finally contacted tech support again. I asked how it was supposed to work. Because I use the IHC app. He told me that Broadlink should work with Alexa alone. He finally told me that the Broadlink app had an issue and couldn't display channels on the RM4 mini. So I asked if the RM4 mini was on sale before the app was ready and he went on to tell me the app worked. Then I asked how this can be a working app if you can't match the channels. So I gave up for now and wait for the app. It works for me, but not like that, but I won't spend any more time on it until an updated application is released.
