This is a good standalone reverse osmosis system for camping, 1 or 2 person homes, traveling or setting up a large aquarium. You should get a mineral chamber to add to your water filter if you want to drink water and want it to taste good. But that applies to ALL reverse osmosis systems. But no home use without constant filter changes. IMHO what did I like about it? ZERO yes Zero TDS. This is for my reef tank. I added 2 more cars. I upgraded this from level 3 to level 5 to make it an RO/ID system. No leaks! I needed more tubing to install this. and it's portable. What I didn't like was a bit of PITA when setting up for the other two cars. no real instructions, but whatever.
