When I opened the case all the deep pockets were out of place and the case itself was bowed out enough to allow the pockets to move that way. Not cool when I've just spent $250. I can understand how this could happen due to shipping as these sockets weigh a ton. Sure, it's minor and I can live with it, but you wouldn't be too happy about a dent on a brand new car, would you? Besides being great quality I don't expect more to be needed one day. between this and my 3/8 master kit from Capri for automotive work. I like the case (shipping damage aside) as it's sturdy and has four latches. Would definitely give 5 stars for the set if it was ok.
