Good replacement. Big savings compared to OEM. Update: failed after a year.
update. Part failed with warning bo! I had to drill to open the grub. diabolical Installed on a 2007 Chevy Tahoe. The original lock got stuck from time to time. This solved the problem. I deleted the old one before it completely blocked me. I heard that if you can't open the tailgate, the bear will be replaced. The dealer wanted $250 for the original part. So far it works great.
