How quiet, easy installation, you only need to loosen 2 screws on the bottom panel handles, just take out the bottom of the tailgate plastic cover, remove the 3 screws that hold the locking slide holds one of the disconnect plugs up and install in reverse order. About 30 minutes or less work.
