Review on 24-Inch Musical Christmas Tree With Charlie Brown & Linus Blanket - ProductWorks by Johnny Burns

A woman in my office brought one without the sound chip and placed it on a divider that leads to my office. I totally loved it because it brought back so many memories. I live alone in a condo away from home during the week where I work and commute a couple of hours to home on weekends. Since I'm alone during the week, I haven't done any Christmas decorating at the condo and this was the perfect little touch (home is totally covered with Christmas decorations, so this brings out the meaning of the Charlie Brown special). I thought I'd get the one with the music. The music wasn't clearly specified in the description, so I made the assumption that given the meaning of the story, it would play one of the sweeter, quieter songs like "Christmastime is Here" which I thought would have been the perfect choice for the music for the season and the beautiful simplicity of the tree. It plays the piano riff that I think is called "Linus' Theme" which is in all the Charlie Brown specials. It's O.K., but not what I expected for a Christmas theme. Other than the music, this is absolutely perfect. I love it without the music, so I'm totally happy to have this. I think the perfect music would be "Christmastime is Here" played by a musicbox rather than a soundchip. If I can find a musicbox that plays it, maybe I'll have that around the tree and play it instead.
