Works well as advertised but I wanted to hard wire 2 headlights to light up in both footwells at the front of the car as I've always found the remote controls and music functions to be a feature. After destroying a lightbulb to see the traces on the circuit board, I found out. If you remove the outer black insulation you will see a red, black, white and blue wire. I found the way to do this: Black: +12V, then connect Red, White and Blue together and ground them. Yes, you read it right. The black one gets 12 volts and the other 3 are grounded. Hope this helps someone. A NOTICE. My hookup guide only applies if you want to bypass the remote control! Otherwise, holding the remote will give Red +12V and Black will go to ground.
