I've had this vacuum for almost a year now and I've kept having small problems but nothing that seemed to warn me of imminent failure. Here we are today and it's not charging to turn it on. I thought maybe something was wrong with my outlets so I plugged in all the outlets in my house and they are dead. Such a waste. My return period has now passed, so I don't have to look for a better vacuum cleaner. In my opinion if you are looking for a cheaper vacuum that will last at least a year then this is it. I will not buy again. I'd rather pay the highest price for something that has the best guarantee and will last longer so I don't have to buy something again.
