Was very happy to receive this product. I've bought refurbished Logitech remotes in the past with no issues. On the other hand, there was a problem with programming that solved itself after a few tries. But the next day it didn't work at all. First they said that you need to charge the battery and put it back in the holder. It took 24 hours to charge. I put it in the cradle and immediately took it back and he said a full charge. Then none of the buttons worked. Put it back in the cradle for a few minutes and it worked fine. I didn't want to tinker with it after that, so I sent it back.
