Good product but dangerous for crabs
This review does not reflect the quality of the seller's product or service. Such a low rating is due to the danger to crabs. We've had ours for over a year now and a new (larger) hermit crab has attached itself to one of the holes. I couldn't break it by hand so I had to take some vises and slowly break it off piece by piece. Looks like the crab ripped off part of her leg trying to get out overnight, fingers crossed she didn't lose the leg.
