Good but not for me Heavy Duty

Sorry but I don't know why it's called 'Heavy Duty'. It's not as durable as my old Warner block. The bolts are smaller (as are the wing nuts), making them difficult to tighten with my old hands. Better than the plastic ones sold in stores now, of course, but hardly.
