The ease of use, how well it integrates with other software (such as Salesforce), its ability to handle large amounts of data in real time without slowing down or crashing our system when we're doing live transcription for multiple clients at once! I dislike that you can't export your transcripts into Word files so they are not searchable by another editor/transcriber after being uploaded from an audio file; this is very important because there's often times more than one person involved transcribing something like a conference call between 2 people who work remotely but need their transcriptions reviewed before sending them back out over email.

Having all client information stored within 1 tool makes everything much easier - especially since some companies require us to log onto several different systems just to get access to info about each individual customer account.
