NOTHING said about this product is true. It does NOT remove dirt from the floor, just sticks it onto the pillow. This is the WORST floor cleaning system ever made. Pads are expensive, uncomfortable, and completely ineffective. They last maybe 2 feet of cleaning and then need to be replaced. They do NOT pick up dirt. You smear the mess (plus the sticky solution) all around so the mess is now smeared all over the floor as a visible gray film. It's also embarrassing that the product is non-refundable.
