I've wanted one of these "food preservation" machines for a long time. This product is amazing for the price and very easy to use. I used it to vacuum seal a freshly ground venison I harvested last fall. The vacuum is strong and this device is quick and easy to use. This is very helpful when buying large packs of meat. This machine is very easy to use - seal the end of the bag, fill the bag a few more inches, then vacuum. The machine will stop when the bag is sealed and the vacuum is complete. A nice addition to my kitchen and essential for storing food.
