The part was used to replace the shark fin antenna on a 2015 Hyundai Sonata that came loose when I purchased this item. The antenna cover part fits with some modifications.1. Remove the gasket 2. Remove the bottom plate, 3 screws hold it in place3. Use a dremel to cut off the 3 screw stops on the inside of the antenna. The stand is held by screws 4. Check the fit on the car, it should be snug against the rubber base.5. Apply a bead of glue to the base of the antenna and the inside of the shark fin antenna cover. Use flexible glue like E6000 professional glue with wide temperature range and good flexibility.6. Gently place a 5-10 pound weight on the antenna cover and leave for at least 6 hours, preferably 18-24 hours. I'm happy with the results, the shark fin antenna fits snugly on the base and looks nice. Since this is a mod, do it at your own risk, it worked for me. This was the only case that actually fit my 2015 Hyundai Sonata.
