good concept, not suitable for larger babies

Bought for my son's second birthday. I was really hoping I'd like it, but to be honest it didn't turn out as well as I hoped it would. My son loved to ride tricycles and use his legs to get around as a preschooler. I figured it would be the best of both worlds, a three-wheeler format with no annoying pedals. Cons: It's very small. It says 12+ months but I can't imagine anyone over 30 months being able to use it. My son looks like a giant on it and he just turned 2 years old. At 33 pounds 37 inches, he's a bit tall for his age. I've included an image so you can see its relative size to the Fly Bike and a video so you can see how fast it can go. The problem is that his legs are too long to gently push him forward because he can't do the full range of backward movements; there is not enough room for his leg to lift his leg and go back. He gets stuck. A few months ago when he was smaller it probably would have been great for him. I would recommend it to someone with a small child. Pros: The company has an excellent 30-day satisfaction guarantee. I decided to keep it if we ever need it for another baby. It folds up nicely. Even without folding, it fits in the trunk. The construction is solid. it looks nice u
