Product arrived without grip nut, I contacted customer service via email and they just ignored me. I ended up going out and buying a nut at a local hardware store, which is a joke considering the price of this thing. generally feeling secure, he puts your hand right on the router and you have to push down with a lot of pressure, which I would call a lot of pressure, to get it to grab hold. I've tried it out in a few different router activities and now it sits unused on my shelf as I figured out how to use my hands a mile away from the router and not directly above it to make a variable attachment for next to nothing. Overall pretty disappointing if you're looking to spend over $100 then this is a good way to do it.
