Too weak. in other sports

The wrist parts were very small so I had to be very careful when putting it on. smaller wrist and they were around there. and the first day I lost a coin on my wrist. I shook my hips a lot more than my wrist. but i think the strings holding it in place were too thin.

Pros

This is a great waist scarf for belly dance, zumba, yoga or dance performance etc.

Cons

Mostly good but...
