A valuable and intuitive e-signature tool

OneFlow is the easiest eSignature tool I've used. You can build forms easily and drag drop features into the form without coding. Signatures and text can automatically populate from existing records. Email signatures can also be created inside the form and customized right away. Documents, PDFs, images and emails can also be added into the documents area. A full API lets developers extend OneFlow even further and gives the flexibility needed to create exactly the experience you desire. If you're looking for a simple way to capture electronic signature documents, look no further than OneFlow.

I used OneFlow Sign to sign agreements electronically before. This time I decided to try using it again to sign contracts online. You can easily add multiple signatures into each agreement, making it easier than ever. Using this document signing feature also gives me the opportunity to save and print the signature right away so that no extra copy needs to be made.

OneFlow offers a powerful, yet simple user interface and workflow that makes signing documents fast and elegant for anyone familiar with technology. Signatures are stored in XML format allowing you to save your signatures and reuse them for future documents. You can also attach files and images or link existing ones to create custom signatures. After saving, you can share your signature links online via e-mail or embed them into webpages easily and with no extra charge. It's pretty neat.

If you’re looking for a signature management application, OneFlow may very well be worth considering. It is designed to manage both electronic signatures and handwritten ones. You can scan documents into OneFlow using your scanner or email, while managing tasks, sharing them with others and approving them. OneFlow also integrates seamlessly with Dropbox, Google Drive, SkyDrive and Box.
