I had a hard time finding an entryway mat for my kitchen that wouldn't snag under my inward opening back door. This one works great. This rug is very thin but feels very strong and durable. It also compresses my vinyl floor like crazy. I can't move it with my feet even if I try. If you are looking for a plush rug that you can walk on barefoot, this is not the rug for you. The surface is quite rough, like a plastic brush. It's not very pretty either; It looks appropriate. I will probably buy the outdoor entrance mat again. This mat is perfect for my needs; Super thin, extremely durable, easy to clean and stays where you put it.
