This mounting bracket mounts approximately 4 inches forward than the Original Equipment Honda bracket for better center ground clearance. My original Honda mount would levitate me in the air when centered high on rocks or logs. This reduced the mean ride height by about 1.5 inches and I always had to fix it before putting the blade back on the 4 wheel.
