I LOVE this device. It's easy to set up, which is good because the instructions leave a lot to be desired. I was a little blown away by their customer service - the box didn't say the part names and tech support couldn't help me until I gave them the exact names of what I was calling about. In addition, the product comes with a 3-foot cable to connect to the router. Save time and buy a longer Cat5 or Cat6 Ethernet cable. I haven't had any internet problems since installing it; World of Warcraft won't turn off for me anymore!
