Review on Intuiface by Deon Sweeney

IntuiFace is an amazing tool to have my customers interact with me in order to make sure we are all on the same page or getting closer to that goal. It allows me to view the current state of our conversation, even if I am away from my computer, so that I can easily pick up where we left off. It also allows me to have conversations as needed without leaving my desk. The only thing I don't like about it is that there isn't a way to export the saved conversations. This would really help me in terms of training new hires and working with clients who are not tech savvy. I've been able to get better insights into what they want/need via IntuiFace.
