That I was able to download and install the software on my own computer, rather than having to purchase it from them if I ever needed to reinstall or replace on other computer. It would be great if someone could develop an easier interface for the beginner that is very technical in nature and does not have a user experience with it. Also, there needs to be more training available for fleet managers using this software. This is mainly because sometimes the information is not being updated when I need it. Not many things that we can use but we are getting started using the GPS for our pilot to have better situational awareness and know where the aircraft is in space time. It is one of the best products that I have used. The customer service and support from Grount has been great. Great product and easy to use for all in our team. No problems at this point but if there is I am sure they would be able to fix it quickly. If you are looking for fleet management software or want to implement with your aircraft, you should go for it. We are solving the problem of tracking locations and fuel usage of our aircraft.
