Best Fleet Management Software out There

That I was able to download and install the software on my own computer, rather than having to purchase it from them if I ever needed to reinstall or replace on other computer. It would be great if someone could develop an easier interface for the beginner that is very technical in nature and does not have a user experience with it. Also, there needs to be more training available for fleet managers using this software. This is mainly because sometimes the information is not being updated when I
