Disappointing Purchase for Arts and Crafts

This product was a letdown for my jewelry making needs... The stretcher function didnt work well and the reducer seemed to damage the pieces. The only positive was that it came in a bright red color. However, I wouldn't recommend this tool to others in the Beading & Jewelry Making community..
