Sell used like new?

FYI: These boxes are unsealed when delivered to your door. My guess is that either someone has already opened up my box and installed it, or someone took out the case and smeared dirt on it. The connection of the hose to the body was also dirty. However, this is not what I would like to see in a NEW product. See attached photos. Worryingly pressed for time when I bought this product at the *new* price, I decided to install it anyway and gather my thoughts on it. The product scares me. I had electric bidets and wanted to try a non-electric alternative. I'm worried about the quality. A few swipes to loosen the hose connection and general wear and tear over time and this thing feels/looks like it's starting to leak all over my bathroom floor. I've had this before with a previous bidet and didn't want to experience it again. Immediately after installation, I encountered the same problem with many other users: the seat is raised where the bidet is, and your current toilet seat probably is. will no longer match the same (it now has a downward slant). This resulted in me having to either purchase spacers or a whole new seat! No thank you. It works out? Yes. Just remember that if you don't have a hot water connection, you'll be spraying that butt with cold water. Is it durable or good quality? no Except for flexible pipes, almost everything else is made of plastic. Will I install it in my house? no Don't risk flooding the bathroom floor. I prefer to buy an expensive bidet that I can rely on again. Is it easy to install? Yes, that's how it should be in most cases. However, there may be edge cases that you may encounter just like any other product. (See the toilet seat issue I mentioned above). Is it easy to use? Yes. I will return mine and go back to the built in seat/bidet.
